Active Pro is technically semi-active: it changes damping, rather than raising or lowering the vehicle. Features, controllers, and adjustment ranges vary by application.

No. Some packages include E-CLIK shocks; others tune compatible factory electronic suspension or convert suitable remote reservoir shocks. The individual product page explains what is included.
Does E-CLIK adjust ride height?
E-CLIK controls shock damping. It does not provide automatic ride-height adjustment or leveling.
Is Active Pro the same as Switch?
Active Pro automatically changes damping using driving inputs. Switch lets the driver choose damping settings manually. Availability and controls vary by vehicle.
What’s the difference between semi-active and fully active suspension?
Semi-active suspension, like E-CLIK Active, automatically changes shock damping in response to terrain and driving inputs. Fully active suspension uses powered actuators to apply force and actively control suspension movement.
E-CLIK controls damping; it does not raise, lower, or automatically level the vehicle.
What warranty coverage does E-CLIK include?
SDi’s E-CLIK warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months with unlimited miles, subject to the full terms and exclusions. Coverage applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
